I've been deep in the third draft of my next book, The Unseen Fall. This is the draft where everything starts tightening up — the pacing, the character arcs, the little details that make the story feel lived-in. I'm aiming to release it this fall, and if the momentum holds, that's still the plan.
On top of that, I've also finished the first draft of another book. I'm not ready to share much about it yet, but I can say this: it's going to be a series. At least a trilogy. Probably more, knowing how these things tend to grow once I'm in the middle of them. For now, I'm keeping the details close until the foundation is solid.
Work has slowed down a bit lately. A recent vacation threw off my routine, and right after that I ended up feeling under the weather. Not exactly the ideal combination for productivity, but I'm back at it, easing into the routine again, pushing both projects forward one day at a time.
Plenty more to come. And if you want updates on future books, new posts, behind-the-scenes content, and a free short story emailed to you (including the first three chapters of The Unseen Fall), you can sign up for my newsletter. If you've already signed up, thank you!
